  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Place it in the freezer.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste (or extract), and salt in a large mixing bowl.
